Dale Haskins, Broker / Owner, was raised in the northwest Colorado ranching community of Maybell. Before entering into real estate Dale shod horses at race tracks across America, spending the past 16 years shoeing on many ranches throughout Colorado and Wyoming.

Encouraged by Homer Wilson, a very successful ranch land broker and founder of Western United Realty, Dale received a Colorado real estate license in 1990 and for Wyoming soon after. 

Dale worked for Homer's successor, Tom Grieve. Tom was then employed with Western United Realty until October, 2005 when Mr. Grieve decided to semi-retire and move the real estate office from Baggs, Wyoming to Laramie,  Armed with an excellent understanding of ranching first-hand knowledge gained from working with Homer and Tom gives Ranch Brokers Realty the right foundation from which we now build our office. Land Brokers Reality was formed soon after
